Peering MeetMe Room

The Peering MeetMe Room is an open space away from the ballrooms, the breakout room, and the pre-function areas for delegates to arrange their face-to-face meetings during APRICOT 2026.

The Peering MeetMe Room has 35 tables with each table numbered and set up for 4 participants to hold a meeting.

The Peering MeetMe space is in the Emerald Ballroom on the Level 3 function space of the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City hotel.

The Peering MeetMe Room is available from 09:00 to 17:30 each of the three days, Monday 9th to Wednesday 11th February 2026.

Tables are booked via APRICOT's Meeting Booking System. Delegates who wish to set up meetings with each other should book the tables via the Meeting Booking System. All in-person delegates will be sent an invitation to create an account on the Meeting Booking System (if they wish to use it).

Delegates are reminded to make way for delegates who have pre-booked their table. Note that all meeting time slots are 30 minutes. Meetings lasting longer than 30 minutes should adjourn to another space elsewhere in the APRICOT Summit venue to make way for the next delegate meeting booked for that table.

Should the Peering MeetMe Room have all tables booked for meetings, overflow space is available as a general seating area in the Sapphire and Ruby Ballrooms (apart from during lunch).
