Visa
Indonesia has varying visa requirements depending on the visitor's nationality. All delegates attending APRICOT 2026 are recommended to consult their local Indonesian Embassy and the Indonesian Ministry of Immigration to confirm their visa requirements. Please note that the granting of a visa is the decision of Indonesia's Ministry of Immigration; neither APNOG nor APNIC can guarantee that any delegate will receive a visa to participate at APRICOT 2026.
Note: The information on this page is provided for the convenience of delegates only.
- Travellers with an ABTC (APEC Business Traveller Card) do not require a visa and should go to the ABTC/APEC immigration lane on arrival.
- The nationalities that do not need a visa to enter Indonesia are listed here
- The nationalities that can use the Visa-On-Arrival facility are listed here. International airports have Visa-On-Arrival counters where the visa fee is collected by the counter staff. Note that the queues at the counters can be quite long during busy periods.
- The nationalities that can only apply for a visa at an Indonesian immigration office before they travel are listed here.
- All other nationalities not covered above must apply for their visa through their guarantor in Indonesia.
The Indonesian Ministry of Immigration recommends applying for an e-Visa via their e-Visa website. All delegates should check on the e-Visa page first if their nationality qualifies for an e-Visa. e-Visas need to be applied for at least 48 hours before arrival.
It is important to apply for the visa well before travelling to APRICOT 2026 - please be aware that the e-Visa is only valid for 3 months.
All travellers are required to fill up their traveller arrival card online within the 3 days prior to arrival in Indonesia. This arrival card can be accessed on the e-Visa website.
